SUPER FOOD Salad! 🌱🥑💚

This recipe from Compassionatelivinglady only requires 10 minutes to prep with these simple ingredients!:

To begin you’ll need:

  • 2 cans organic chickpeas, drained

Chopped:

    • 1 large tomato
    • 1/2 large red onion
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 cucumber
    • Two handfuls of spinach and kale
    • Avocado, chopped or sliced
    • 1/4 cup pecans

To Taste: 

      • Black pepper
      • Garlic powder
      • Sea salt
      • Paprika
      • Parsley
      • Balsamic vinegar
      • Avocado oil
      • Lemon juice

Top with:

    • 1/4 cup pecans
    • 1/4 cup hemp hearts

Now, here’s the magic:

  1. Begin by draining the Chickpeas.
  2. Chop the ingredients and combine them in a bowl with the chickpeas.
  3. Season the mixture to taste.
  4. Layer the spinach and kale in a salad dish.
  5. Top the greens with the mixture.
  6. Add desired toppings and serve. Enjoy!
