To begin you’ll need:
- 2 cans organic chickpeas, drained
Chopped:
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 large red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- Two handfuls of spinach and kale
- Avocado, chopped or sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans
To Taste:Â
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Sea salt
- Paprika
- Parsley
- Balsamic vinegar
- Avocado oil
- Lemon juice
Top with:
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
Now, here’s the magic:
- Begin by draining the Chickpeas.
- Chop the ingredients and combine them in a bowl with the chickpeas.
- Season the mixture to taste.
